Hats

I am so.... not a "Ball Cap" kind of girl - but a "Fedora" works.
In my Elite Life Coach Certification training we are currently thinking about the various hats we wear and how coaching can happen in them at various levels. The Elite Life Coach hat is different and more powerful, in that it offers some things that go beyond the fears and bias' of other hat relationships. My homework today is to answer the following question:

Why is it important or more powerful for someone to work with me as an Elite Life Coach?

Here's my first stab at an answer.
In other "hat" relationships there is often an element of fear or bias, that can over ride the desire to truly help the person discover their God given design and purpose.  When I offer them the Elite Life Coach's hat I become in a sense a neutral party my goal is to help them discover and reach their goals. I can help them to discover their unique design and encourage them to create a plan to test and try out their new found wings. Even the Wright Brothers had to experiment with many airplane designs before they came up with the one that caused them to soar to their unique place in history.  As a coach I can help you to discover what worked and what did not with out the condemnation or judgement or even the expectations that come from parents, co-workers, managers and friends.   Life is a journey - a Elite Life Coach helps you by asking you questions and helping you discover your own plan and allows you the freedom to experiment until you figure out how to soar. We give you the freedom to learn to fly.

By the way today I also got to talk by phone with Mitch of Elite Life Coaching. That call was above and beyond what is already offered in the training and certification materials.  I love the personal touch and so far every step of the way this program has met and exceeded my expectaions.
